~ Pelvic Floor Masterclass and Restorative FS8 Yoga Class ~
Are you anxious about jumping, skipping or running?
Do you suffer from a sore lower back & tight hips?
In this 2 hour pelvic floor workshop you will learn how to strengthen and connect your core and pelvic floor, so that you can exercise with confidence and heal your symptoms. The workshop will be followed by a 45min restorative yoga and relaxation class that will help to unwind and destress any tight muscles....bliss!!
