About the Day
2hr Menopause Nutrition and Gut Health Masterclass
We kick off the day by diving into the world of menopausal nutrition. It's time to bid farewell to fatigue, weight gain and bloating. Kylie will guide you through strategies to reboot your vitality and maintain a healthy weight by learning to support your hormones, overcome cravings and optimise your digestion.

Lunch Break (own lunch)
2.5hr Pelvic Floor and Core workshop with 30min Stretch and relax
As women our pelvic floor deserves more, so let’s change the conversation as Alex teaches you the secrets to strengthening your core and pelvic floor. You will learn effective techniques and exercises that empower your body for the rest of your life so you can feel confident and get back to doing what you love.
What we will cover:
- How to connect the breath and PF to maximise control, strength and connection
- Techniques to release tight muscles that can inhibit PF function
- Alex's signature massage techniques to release your jaw, neck and shoulders
- How to strengthen and tone your PF whilst working doing your workouts "no more kegels!"
- The most effective exercises to strengthen your core and PF so you can get back to doing all the exercises you love!
What to wear:Â
Please wear something comfortable that you are happy to move around inÂ
